Isotonic Sports Drink - Pot 735 gLemon

Isotonic Sports Drink is an isotonic thirst quencher containing carbohydrates such as dextrose, fructose, sucrose and, above all, maltodextrin. The formula perfectly compensates for the fluid and minerals you lose through sweating.

Isotonic Sports Drink has a glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1. This allows you to absorb up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise. Products without a 2:1 ratio are limited to just 60 g per hour.

Isotonic Sports Drink also contains no food acids, excessive flavourings, artificial sweeteners or bright colourings. These only cause stomach and gut issues and don't contribute to optimal performance.

• 30 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml bidon
• 2:1 ratio for maximum energy and fluid uptake
• Easy to combine with other Sanas products
• 250 mg of sodium to replenish fluid and salt reserves
• pH-neutral, no acids, so no stomach discomfort
• 5 different flavours, without colourings or food acids

Did you know? Too few carbohydrates and dehydration are the main causes of fatigue during exercise.
