Not quite right? You have 30 days to send it back.

30 daysTo register your return after delivery.
15 daysWorking days to get your refund once your return arrives.
EU onlyReturns from outside the EU are not possible.

The conditions

  • Clean and unworn

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

  • Damaged or incorrect items

    Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

  • Final sale

    Gift cards and one-of-a-kind pieces can't be returned or exchanged.

How to return or exchange

    You register your return

    Email hello@veloklub.cc. You'll get a confirmation within 48 hours.

  2. 02
    You pack it

    Put the items in a box with the packing list you received.

  3. 03
    You ship it

    With a courier of your choice. Return shipping is always at your own cost.

  4. 04
    Need another size?

    Place a new order for the right size. Your return is refunded as usual.

Getting your money back

    We receive it

    Your return arrives at our warehouse.

  2. 02
    We check it

    We take a quick look to make sure everything is in order.

  3. 03
    We refund you

    Within 15 working days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
