Step 01
Before we design.
Every ride starts with the basics. In our case: the bib shorts.
We'd love to welcome you to our Custom Lab at the store in Mechelen. Take a look around, discover the different fits and fabrics, and tell us what you have in mind. We'll talk colours, patterns, logos and everything that makes your team yours.

Step 02
Let's get creative.
Your idea is clear. Now we bring it to life.
A dedicated Bodhi designer guides you through the entire creative process. We listen, share ideas and work together on a design that feels right for your team. Your colours, your identity, your kit.
Step 03
Your kit. Your way.
One jersey or a full team collection? Matching bib shorts, jackets or something completely different? Together, we'll find the right pieces for your group, your rides and your ideas.
Once everything is approved, production gets underway. Your custom kit will be ready in approximately six weeks.
Step 04
The finishing touches.
After weeks of designing, developing and fine-tuning, your collection is ready. The colours, the details, the fit. Everything comes together in a kit that's made to be worn, not just admired.
Every piece is carefully checked, from colour consistency to stitching, and finished with high-quality performance fabrics and YKK zips.
Now for the best part: get out there, ride together and take a few good photos with your teammates. We'd love to see them.

05Try before you orderFit packs so everyone finds the right size, and samples on request before final approval.
06Online team shopGroups of 25+ order through their own portal. Every rider gets their kit delivered at home.

Can I see a proof first?
We always send you a digital proof. A printed proof on fabric is possible too, but it delays the process, as production only starts after final approval.
In what format should we send our logos?
As vector files (.pdf or .eps). They give the sharpest print.
Is there a limit on the number of colours?
No. Use as many colours as you like. Every order is printed digitally at our print unit in Belgium, and the price doesn't depend on the number of colours. Send us your Pantone references, or ask for our colour fan.
What does the design cost? How many versions can we expect?
A fully custom design starts from €150. Our creative team calls you to get a clear picture of what you're looking for. Within 4 working days, you receive 3 unique proposals, and you get two rounds of changes after that.
How does payment work?
When you place your order, you receive a deposit invoice of 50%. The rest is paid on delivery.
Can I get a quote?

Where is the kit made?
Design and development happen right here at Vélo Klub in Mechelen, Bodhi's home base. Sewing and finishing are done at Bodhi's second location in Tunisia, so there's full control over quality and delivery time.
Will the Bodhi logo be on our kit?
Yes. We're proud of what we make, so the Bodhi logo is always included, matched to your colours and design.
